Yes praise Allah, the theocratic government of Iran today has anounced which haircuts are banned. Ponytails and mullet cuts will get you punished...{also the Jewish cut is out he he}....doesn't it make you glad the Witnesses don't have there own country. Barbers and hairstylists are happy.

it was his whole reason for living since i've known him!
others have said the new doctrine of "blended generations" of anionted seeing armagedon is "confusing" or "i just don't get it"...one brother my only close friend is furious and said i qoute..."they seem to be blowing smoke up our ass!

Funny but most Witnesses I talked to still don't fully understand it....one sister this week even after the Watchtower study didn't get it.....she said she hoped the "end" would come in the next 5 years since she can't "hold on" with all her problems....she said things can't possibly get any worse...I had to almost use a chalk and black board to try to Explain the "new light."

Is the Watchtower an Apocalyptic or doomsday religion?
by jwfacts inimo the watchtower has a strong emphasis on eschatology and is one of the most prominent of the modern apocalyptic religions.
so i found it surprising to see the watchtower never uses the word eschatology applied to itself and claims not to be an apocalyptic religion.
